- On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu, then Select Preferences.
- Leave the Block pop-up windows box checked, and click the Exceptions button to the right of that option.
- In the Address of web site field, type the name of the site hosting your Learning Management System
(i.e. the URL of the website you logged into before attempting to access this content).
Often these names will follow the convention ‘lmsname’.’schoolname’.edu (E.g. *.carnegiemellon.edu). Then click Allow.
The URL will appear in the list of allowed sites.
